waited almost two months to get one and I wasn’t disappointed. I paired it with an ATM X-Sight 4k Pro 5-20x with night vision and ballistic laser. At the range, the 716i performed flawlessly. It’s got a great feel, I made it heavy and the balance is great. This is another winner for Sig Sauer. This is beyond NICE, it’s a beautiful piece of art.

My only complaint is the lack of padding on the Magpul butt stock and the fact that this is the only stock that Magpul does NOT make a larger pad for. Even though the rifles is heavy, the recoil can be brutal on a bare shoulder since the included pad is nothing more than a very hard piece of rubber that serves only to prevent slipping and offers absolutely no cusion at all. Accuracy is what you’d expect with all groups I’ve shot measuring under 1.5″. Overall I LOVE this rifle and platform. The .308 is amazingly powerful and fun to shoot often. I would highly recommend this weapon.

I’ve been on a quest for an accurate Sig for many years. I own P239, P220, P226, P229, and even the P938. They all have their use and their purpose. I decided to try the rifle type and got SIG716.

Had my eye on a SIG716 for quite a while. Difficult to find at retail. This is the most accurate Rifle that I have ever shot. The action is so smooth and the trigger so light, it is pure joy. The grips are also superb.
